We communicate new offers in our newsletter, on our social media pages and most importantly by sending an email to all publishers once the program/campaign has gone live. It is very important to ensure that you are on the communication list. If for whatever reason you requested not to receive our communications some time ago, and would like to be added back onto the list, simply contact your affiliate manager.
Our affiliate management team will also individually contact as many publishers as possible and keep them informed of the most relevant campaigns for their site or database. However, the best way to check for new campaigns is to regularly log into your AdMarula account. We also communicate any changes to a campaign via email for example change in commission, the campaign being paused, a special promotion, or the campaign being ended.
It is essential to be aware of any changes regarding a campaign. If you are not aware of the end of a campaign, you might leave a banner with a non-working link on your site and that can potentially give a bad experience to your readers and waste the ad space that could have been used for a commission-generating campaign.
Our merchants are also running regular promotions and sales that could help generate a higher amount of sales. Being aware of these promotions, and adding them on time on your sites, will help you generate the extra commission and make a program worthwhile to run.
